I really liked the hotel. Everything was good, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was nice, and the room was of average cleanliness. There were some hairs on the floor and on the bed, which bothered me a little, but everything else was fine. It’s also close to the train station.

Beautiful inside, nice view, lots of windows, comfortable bed, staff was great. Area outside was just a touch dodgy, with a relatively unoccupied street surrounding a sign that just says "Hotel", leaving patrons a little less certain.

Inside the hotel is modern and clean, the room was a good size with plenty of places to put things, and I found it one of the quieter hotels I've stayed in. I had a friendly welcome and reception is always manned and staff helpful. Located a short walk from a tram stop to Hauptbahnhof or Belvedere (route O), or U-bahn to the Hauptbahnhof, Karlsplatz/Oper, Stephansplatz (U1) the location is convenient, although didn't feel like the best of areas, especially at night. I would recommend this as a place to stay in Vienna.

The room is sparkling clean and the bed, pillows and linens are very comfortable. Had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. There is free public transportation available to go around the city if you register with the hotel. The Hotel and staff are great... Close to the Subway which is great, but the subway closes at 12 Sun-Thurs... Not the Hotel's issue. Parking is great, close by and safe. Hotel Caroline is excellent for it's price range. I thank the staff

Very clean, nice staff, breakfast good fresh continental breakfast. Loads of options. Shops for snacks etc nearby. The area is a bit shabby, but it is ok, felt safe to me. Lots of transport connections. 1 stop U bahn to station 4 stops to city centre.

It’s a very good hotel and the receptionist is wonderful! The location is ok and you can take U1 by walking 5 min. I requested for a quiet room and was very good. Breakfast is good and it’s a good bargain.
