El lugar es lindo, Sólo me preocupa que al no disponer de conserje al rerirarme, me preocupa que se hayan quedado con una fotocopia de mi tarjeta de credito y pasaporte. El lugar decia multilingue, y no es así por lo que no pude profundizar en aclarar varias dudas. Me queda esa intranquilidad...

Quality of room facilities was superb. Withhin 15on walking distance of city centre. 100m from Rennwegg train station which you get S7 train from airport every 20 or so minutes. Very good value for money.

Excellent

Lovely hotel just 100 meter walk from rail station. S7 line from the airport in 15 mins. All keycoded and facilities to leave bags until departure. Lovely staff, very helpful and obliging. Location 20 min walk from centre, but efficient tram and bus service if you didn't want to walk. Apartment very spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen Inc dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent bathroom facilities, large bath and 2 shower heads. Constant hot water. Comfortable bed, large amount if hanging storage and very quiet. Would definately recommend and would like to stay again.

Bisogna avvertire in anticipo l'arrivo per consentire l'ingresso nella stanza, visto che il reception non è sempre aperto, ma la stanza era carina, pulita e l'ambiente molto accogliente. La consiglio!

A little disappointed as due to some error, we had to stay the first night in a different hotel, which was right by the main road, so very noisy. This disrupted our plans somewhat but we were able to check into La Scala around 10:30 the following day. The people were extremely friendly especially the Manager, who gave us so much useful information on where to go and how to get there. The location is very cenral - just get the S7 train from the airport for €2.40 and get off at Rennweg. La Scale is just across the road from the station This trains runs 18 mins past the hour and 18 mins to the hour.

Posizione ottima con fermata metro e tram vicinissime, ristoranti e negozi ma nella medesima stanza c'erano letti e angolo cucina con micronde ,piccolo piano induzione e mini lavastoviglie, niente forno. Struttura non molto distante dal centro di Vienna se vi piace camminare lo potete anche raggiungere a piedi, in alternativa c'è un comodo tram che vi ci porta in 10 minuti. La camera di cui ho usufruito era pulita ed accogliente provvista di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario oltre ad essere simpatico parla benissimo italiano e ci dato delle informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Struttura gradevole nel complesso se tornerò a Vienna ne usufruito nuovamente

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung

Vom Bahnhof Rennweg konnte mann mit der S1 oder den Straßenbahnlienen 71 und O ganz Wien erkunden.Wir haben uns im Flughafen am ÖBB Schalter die Wochenkarte ( Mo.bis Mo.) für 17,10 € pro Person gekauft und hatten freie Fahrt mit allen Linien und auch Ermäßigungen in der Wiener Kernzone. Achtung: Umbedingt ein Zusatzticket von 1,70 € pro Person kaufen.Der Flughafen liegt außerhalb von Wien und die Strecke vom Flughafen zur Kernzonengrenze Wien ist privat mann wird kontrolliert (kostet 90 Strafe).Rückfahrt genauso vorgehen.

Fantastic experience

Our stay at the hotel was incredibly enjoyable. We had come to Vienna only for the weekend and we found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was massive and spacious and clean. We’d stay here again when next we’re in Vienna and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit Vienna, especially if you want to stay close to the city centre.

Mitigé

Pour etre honnête, je suis assez mitigé sur cet hôtel. En effet, l'hôtel n'est pas très cher, l'endroit est calme malgré le fait qu'on doit dans le centre de Vienne, la chambre est très bien.. mais j'ai trouvé l'équipe un peu intrusive, le parking qui est soit disant compris dans le prix est en fait payant et rien n'indique sa position. Et le fait de ne pas pouvoir régler par carte est assez gênant.

Nice location but limited service and not clean

We spend our first Vienna New Year's visit here and had a mixed experience ... Pros: 1. The hotel manager is quite friendly when you can find him (only on duty at 9-10am), provided needed information and even gave us a bottle of champagne for the New Year's eve! 2. Location is nice, quiet neighborhood outside of the main city center but easy to get around town by tram or underground 3. When we arrived, the sofa bed we requested is fully set up Cons: 1. Biggest turn off - room is not thoroughly cleaned, kitchen is dusty 2. Limited hours of manager presence (as mentioned above); one MUST call ahead before arrival to schedule check in 3. The only other staff in hotel is probably the cleaning lady and she did not understand a word of English (this is when I could not find the manager)

Non lo consiglierei

Negativo: Non c'è reception ed è stato difficilissimo comunicare. Prima di arrivare a Vienna ho inviato diverse mails e ho dovuto sollecitare più volte per ricevere risposta. Quando ho saputo che il nostro aereo avrebbe fatto ritardo, ho chiamato la struttura e mi è stato dato al telefono un codice per accedere alle varie entrate e alla stanza. Alla mia domanda: cosa succede se ho problemi e il codice non funziona, c'è un numero di emergenza da chiamare? Mi è stato risposto: No, non c'è nessuno e non le risponderà nessuno. L'ho trovato molto poco professionale, così come il check-in per lo più inesistente, con una persona che parlava solo tedesco (neanche una parola di inglese) e che quindi non ha potuto consigliarci nulla. Positivo: La stanza che ci hanno dato era pulita e confortevole: il bagno con due lavandini separati, vasca da bagno e asciugacapelli. A 20 minuti di tram dal centro (zona Opera) e a 15 minuti a piedi dal Belvedere.

Alles prima

Sehr schönes Zimmer in Toplage. 100m neben der S7 und der 71 in die Stadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer (Nummer 6) für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Es war sehr ruhig nach hinten gelegen. War alles da was man so braucht. Schönes Bad, Bett nicht durchgelegen. Kühlschrank der nicht laut ist in der Nacht. Die Küchenzeile (2 Kochplatten+Mikrowelle+Kaffeepadmaschine) haben wir nicht genutzt, wir waren jeden Tag aus essen. Im Eingangsflur des Gebäudes steht noch ein sehr guter Kaffeeautomat für den ersten Kaffee am morgen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein rundum schönes Wochenende.Wir werden wiederkommen.
