Located just outside the city centre, not to far from the International Centre and Donapark (for parkrun). Next to a McDonald’s and around 10 mins away walk to the red metro and Westfield shopping centre. The receptionist was nice, the room was basic but very clean. The breakfast was good and varied. Excellent value for money.

Odalar temizdi ve yataklar çok rahattı keyifle kaldık. Ama resepsiyon da çalışanlar biraz ters. Otelin otopark ücreti günlük 20 euro otelden metro istasyonu yürüyerek 5-7 dk. Oradan şehir merkezine gitmek rahat. 10-15 dk sürüyor metro ile .

Das Zimmer wurde 5 von 7 Tagen unzureichend bis überhaupt nicht gereinigt,es gab 7 Tage kein Fernsehprogramm. Es ist leider nicht mehr das,was es letztes Jahr noch war.Schade,weil wir viele Jahre immer gern im Lenas waren! Parkgebühr wurde auch auf € 20.-erhöht.

I probably won’t come back and not going to recommend this place to anyone . The housekeeper ignored to pick up trash or change the linens on daily routine . It happened that we ran out of the toilet paper and I had to run to the front desk and ask for it. Some of the linens and pillow cover are full of stains and never get changed

Das Personal oft bei einfachen Dingen überfordert. Das Frühstück ist einfach. Geringe Auswahl. Interkontinentales Frühstück keine Spur. Das Restaurant konnte nicht genutzt werden, da die Küche nicht besetzt ist. Es gibt eine Bar, aber Bier vom Fass gibt's nicht. Alles Getränke in Dosen Cola, Bier, Fanta usw. Auf dem Parkplatz wird man zugeparkt. Man kommt nicht raus, da das Personal nicht weiß welches Auto zu welchem Gast gehört. Im Bad gibt Schimmel und das Zimmer wird nur scheinbar gereinigt. Wir werden dort nicht wieder hinfahren. Ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Hotel Lenas Donau: Vorkommnisse: Check-in: Zuerst wurde ich bei Ankunft im Hotel von den jungen Damen an der Rezeption zum Self Check-in verwiesen. Laut Self Check-in war das Zimmer jedoch noch nicht fertig gewesen. Musste daher erst noch Mal an der Rezeption nachfragen. Dort teilte die Dame mir dann mit, dass offensichtlich ein Fehler vorgelegen hätte. Ob es ein Fehler in deren Computer-System gewesen, bzw. was die Schwierigkeit war, weiß ich leider nicht, weil ich nicht weiter nachgefragt hatte. Bat dann um ein Zimmer, das nicht in Richtung zur Straße sei/wäre, welches ich dann auch freundlicherweise bekommen habe. Beim Frühstück am 24.08.2025 stand ich nicht auf der Frühstücksliste, obwohl das Frühstück schon weit im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt worden ist. Die Rezeptionistin, die andere ich als am Tag zuvor hatte, die nun die Gäste alleine bediente (es war ein Sonntag), wusste wohl nichts von meiner Buchung mit Frühstück und musste erst in die Buchung selbst schauen, und hatte dann mein Frühstück lediglich dem Kellner per Handzeichen quittiert, was mir eigenartig vorkam.

Kein Fehrnsehemfang, schmutzig, schimmel in der Dusche wurde nach einigen Tage entfernt. Wurden an mererenTagen gefragt, ob wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben. Früstück war sehr dürftig, keine auswahl bei Brötchen. Keine Klinaanlage, nur ein Ventilator. Bilder vom Hotel entspechen nicht den waren begebenheiten. Das Hotel werde ich nicht wieder buchen.
