Rooms were comfortable. No cleaning for the whole stay. Asked every morning for a freshen up. I got fresh/dry towels from reception but Rubbish piled up and towels mounded. Worse than a hostel. The heating was either on or off so too hot or too cold. But as a room to sleep it was functional.

Hotel was centrally located. 8 minute walk from the train station and about 5 minute walk to the hop on-hop off bus stop. 10 minute walk to the museum. The Town Square was about 15 minute walk. The hotel had a variety of items for breakfast. I would recommend staying at the Elysee Hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay! The staff and service were excellent especially at the reception desk. I felt very welcome and cared for. The hotel is just three minutes away from the Erdberger train station and just about 15 minutes drive from VIE airport. Only downside is breakfast not included but Vienna has so many options on that anyway!

the hotel staff was amazing, among them Adam did above and beyond with anything we came up with. the hotel is quite, peaceful and clean, very close to the Vienna U-bahn and up to 10min. from the city center. well recommended!

The staff is great, so is the rooms ( just bare necessities, i.e no kettle nor a fridge) , location is great with the U3 Subway you’re in the city center in 10 min, the subway is safe and reliable at any hour also at night. Only issue around the hotel there’s no coffee shops, no restaurant and no fast food ( you can order from delivery and get drinks at the bar which is really priced correctly). Will stay there again and I reccomend it , also because what you save you can spend it elsewhere on your trip. Different thing is if you wanna walk out of your hotel and be in the city center or you do not like public transport. Other tip for the airport transfer use UBER or Train as they’re on avg 30% cheaper than taxy.

Budget option outside centre. Not much around it

Its easy and quick access to Vienna centre as close to metro but its location feels like its on an industrial park site and not much to do around it. Would have been better to pay slightly more to be more central. Its more of a budget room option with cool communal exteriors. Bathroom was very small. Hotel room is not cleaned daily unless requested daily so I think its difficult to know when amenities like shower gel run out. Staff are friendly and helpful though.
