Es gab kein WLAN wegen Problemen mit dem Anschluß. Soweit okay, aber keine Ermäßigung. Ein Problem mit der Dusche wurde umgehend beseitigt. Ein TV (defekt?) stand neben dem Bett auf dem Boden rum, was einem das Gefühl gab, in einer Kammer zu schlafen. Die Betten waren okay. Keine Seife zum händewaschen vorhanden. Alles in allem, eine günstige Pension mit freundlichen Menschen. :)

Vi hadde en kjempefin opplevelse og opplevde en utrolig flott service. Det var ikke et luksussted men det var hyggelig og drevet av oppriktig hardtarbeidende og hyggelige mennesker. Du får mer enn du betaler for på Pension Peck. Tanja som driver stedet er ei flott dame.

It was Vienna, it was December, and I paid about 65€/night. In other hotels the price for a single room started from 189€/night. Honestly, I can't complain. The hotel is 3 min walk from the Underground (line 3, Zippererstrasse), in 10 min you are in the city centre.

Llegamos por la noche y no había nadie en recepción, el baño tenía rota la ducha y la cisterna del agua. El desayuno era de siete a diez, bajamos a las ocho y no había nadie nos tuvimos que ir porwue perdíamos el avión y no desayunamos. Una auténtica vergüenza deberían plantearse promocionar esta pensión

Fuja desse lugar!!!!

Experiência terrível!! Passamos 3 longas noites neste estabelecimento, a primeira em um quarto extremamente barulhento de frente para a avenida. Como tínhamos mais 2 noites pela frente e haviam quartos vagos, a proprietária gentilmente nos acomodou num quarto um pouco melhor... Mas isso não foi capaz de melhorar a situação: faltaram toalhas de rosto e de banho, itens de conforto sempre em número insuficiente e quase nunca havia alguém na recepção para atender os clientes! O café da manhã era simplesmente lamentável, servido junto a uma pizzaria extremamente suja localizada no térreo. Era servido das 07:00 às 10:00, mas certa manhã chegamos às 08:00 e as cadeiras estavam em cima das mesas. Até aí ok, mas quando fomos nos servir vimos que não havia mais pão e o café estava acabando!! Onde já se viu isso??? Degradante e lamentável!!!!

Advantageous stay at pension Peck

We really enjoyed our stay in Pension Peck. The host was a very kind and hospitable woman Tatiana. She is from Serbia and speaks English and German perfectly well. She even can speak Russian. So potential guests can hardly be non-understood. Tatiana was so kind that the provided us with a very-very early check-in at 7 a.m. and late check-out 4 p.m. She told us a lot about neighborhood and ways how to get to Vienna center by public transport and also she unveiled to us different tourist life-hacks in Vienna. The room was cozy. It was cleaned every day including change of towels and bed clothes. The only drawback about the room there was no extra bed for my son, so the three of us (my wife, my seven-year-old son and I) had to sleep in a large double bed. The breakfast was hearty and good. On the Jan, 1st we even had lasagna for breakfast. Also Tatiana has a little restaurant "Tanya's Imbiss" where she serves pizza, burgers and pasta on the ground floor so guests can hardly ever starve. I highly recommend staying at Tatiana's place.

it's not the best hotel but the owner is very nice and the hotel is located very close to the subway (orange line) and tram (15 min to the most important parts of vienna)

Good hotel with lovely helpful staff.

If you want a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of all modes of transport, Pension Peck is perfect. A two star hotel offering five star service. Tanja, Jordan and their team are excellent hosts. Sufficient choice at breakfast to ensure no one goes away hungry. Comfortable, clean beds in spacious rooms.

Katastrophe

Noch nie in meinem Leben habe ich so schlecht geschlafen wie in dieser Pension. Man denkt man schläft auf der Autobahn. Furchtbarer Lärm. Ekliges Bad. Bettwäsche war nicht sauber und nicht mal Handtücher waren vorhanden. Frühstück war ebenfalls furchtbar.

Budget hotel close to underground station

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast & dinner is available in the hotel breakfast room/restaurant. This hotel is ideal for students & others on a budget wanting to explore Vienna. The Vienna Pass is a must have. It can be purchased online or bought at the airport or in the centre of Vienna and gives you free entry to many top attractions.

Tijd voor renovatie?

Vriendelijk ontvangst, helaas niets veranderd, was hier 2 jaar terug ook. Hier en daar stoffig en verouderd. Kamer is nodig toe aan een opknapbeurt (kraan wastafel los, deuren douche sluiten niet, matras ligt oneffen, absoluut niet modern). Tijdens het ontbijt zit men nog half in de frituurlucht van de snackbar, karig ontbijt, weinig keuze. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouden is zo wel in evenwicht. Gelukkig waren we grotendeels buiten het hostel.

it was good as the lady gave us how to get to the hotel and save us money. she is very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. so easy to get about.
