Spacious & Cozy lofts

If you’re looking for that “home feeling” , Philsplace is the place to go to! Spacious & soundproof lofts, everything cozy and perfectly located. Just 15min away from the crowdy city center but with a Supermarket right by the door. Bonus point for the 1 day Gym Pass on the 2nd floor. We’ll be back!

Great rooms. Location is just ok.

The rooms and facility are very nice. A market, restaurant and really good gym are on the property. Besides a bakery and some fast food places, there are not any restaurants nearby. That would be the only drawback. Plenty of public trans is available.

The view is amazing but must be tech savvy

The view was amazing and the bidet was fantastic with warming seat. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Only issue was no one was at front desk but was able to check in virtually which took a little getting used to but other than that it was a nice quick stay.

Have stayed here many times now, and would still use again. This time the automated check in put me in wrong room (a twin with a disabled bathroom when it should have been a superior double), had to change room the next day. The beds never have enough pillows.

We didn't arrive until late evening when reception was already closed but the self check in was self explanatory. It was a bit dark at the entrance and for someone completely new to the area/hotel, it could be a bit intimidating. However, it was safe and easy to get in. The front desk staff was helpful and always responsive. Milica was so helpful and kind. There is a shared laundry room on site that is free to use if you download the app. I wasn't able to because my phone had died so they were so kind to upgrade me to a room that had a washer. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals and there are 2 wonderful markets in the same building as Phils. There is also a wonderful Japanese restaurant in the building. We loved it. Public transport is easy once you figure out the bus and tram situation. It's just a quick 15-20 minute ride on Tram 1 to the center and to everywhere you need to be. There are also public buses - the 15A or 65A also provide easy access to city centers. Athough not centrally located to city center, it's a wonderful place to stay if you want a full service apartment with kitchen and laundry. The facility is also very clean and on the newer side. We were very happy at Phils and will return. Thank you Phil's!

위치가 구도심에서 멀긴 했지만 조용하고 쾌적하고 안락했다. 영어구사가 잘되는 친절한 직원도 좋았고 근처에 마트와 몰이 있어 장보기도 아주 편했다. 전자렌지가 있나 물어봤더니 친절하게도 내방에 직접가져다 주어 잘쓰고왔다. 트램역까지 좀 걸어야하지만 그밖에 모든건 다 만족스러웠다

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen, die sauberste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten. Alles modern und neu. Der Empfang freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzige was wir auszusetzen hätten, wäre das Baby reisebett. Es war leider nicht sehr sauber von außen, was aber ok. Es war scheinbar oft in Nutzung.
