"Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money."

"Awesome spa "

"The property was in a perfect location to walk that area of Vientiane, plenty of restaurants and shops just around the hotel. The breakfast spread is pretty amazing, though I would have preferred more Laos cuisine, but for expats from various countries, I think they did a great job. The bar was a great space and reprieve from the heat, though I wish their menu had more bar food for enjoying with alcohol or allowed outside food as there were so many street vendors outside. The wifi was spotty in the morning but was fine after 7 am."

"The Hotel is well located. Has a Big and clean room. What we didn't like: They don't have water in the room, which is standard for most of the Hotels in Asia. The breakfast was good, but not much variety. That in our last day, we went for a walk in the morning, and when we went back to our room, at 10:30am, our key didn't work, even though the check-out time was at 12:00 Other than that, everything was good, and we could stay here again."
