"The place was more like a motel than a hotel. It had no access to drinking water, the lobby smelled like mold and cigaretttes, I felt unsafe walking out of my room as a woman. "

"This is a very old hotel and it is showing its age. It had been renovated, fresh paint, clean bathroom, but definitely dated. There is a truck stop next door. Surprisingly, the IHOP across the street had very good food! Totally unexpected. No carpet, vinyl flooring. There was sporadic hot water in the shower in the morning. Breakfast was typical in this price range, but fresh. The best part of our stay was the staff who helped with everything that was wrong, such as getting the television back on the internet. Extremely polite and professional. Cocoa Beach is definitely a strange place, it should be top notch but is in need of a complete makeover as a town. Use Uber or Lyft to get around."

"First impression, the girls didnt smile n that means a lot! They werent rude but they werent happy either. The rooms were adequate for coastal rooms. However, the website makes it seem like it is on the beach n it is not. You have to cross a busy street n you cant see it from the hotel. We ate there for dinner and staff n food was very good!! "

"Great breakfast and pool area, very attentive staff - polite and helpful. You can rent surfboards, beach trolleys, bikes. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Beach is a short walking distance. Rooms need to be modernised asap with improved ventilation. "

"Everything was perfect at this hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room was spotless . Breakfast was excellent and coffee was alwas fresh. Rae st the front desk was delightful and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!"

"The room was dirty.. faded old carpet.. the bathroom was so gross. The towels were so rough. Breakfast was extra and ao greasy non of us ate. My daugters room was also dirty. There AC quit working. "

"I’ve stayed here previously with a friend, but decided to book my second stay, with just myself. I love the parking garage, the space is massive and so clean. It’s right off the elevator and the quickest walk to your car, so efficient. "
