Tout de mĂȘme quelques points nĂ©gatifs :
- aucun mail Ă 24h de lâarrivĂ©e malgrĂ© nos tentatives via la plateforme ExpĂ©dia et directement Ă lâhĂŽte. Nous avons dĂ» l'appeler Ă lâheure d'arrivĂ©e pour demander Ă recevoir le mail avec les infos.
- pas de necessaire de toilette ni drap/drap housse pour le 2e lit, communication lente de l'hÎte pour nous fournir le nécessaire qui se trouvait heureusement dans un placard à l'étage.

"I had a fantastic stay at Essential by Dorint in DĂŒsseldorf. The hotel is brand new, having opened just two months ago, and it truly shows. The entire facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Thereâs also an on-site bar and restaurant, both of which served very good food and added great convenience to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again....
