"Sent to the basement.Room very small, stuffy,noisy and dark. Small bathroom, plastic curtains shower, clocked sink, dirty toilet.NO WIFI, NO AIRCO, NO VIEW. No help from the staff."

"We liked our stay overall. We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full.
