"Wifi is unstable, rooms are clean bathrooms it depends what you consider clean! Breakfast is good, co working space is not available on floor 1, the do have a room to reserve but only one. For a 5 star hotel it lacks the wow factor and the amenties. Staff are great!"

"This is a 3 star hotel, not the 4. Hallway cleanliness was below 4 star expectations. Our shower had black mold in the grout. Mold was also where we had to hang the towels on the hooks on the wall. Breakfast was ok, too many breads that taste the same, eggs were below average. Only fruit and yogurt saved breakfast. Pool - grout had mold, so I did not even swim.
Beds we comfortable and clean sheets we changed daily. That was good.
Location is good, beach is close."

"Room was beautiful and has an insane view of the city. Beach was right next to the hotel; and the outdoor pool was literally the best I've seen anywhere.
Breakfast buffet is to die for as well.
I can strong recommend it to anyone visiting Rio."

"Os funcionários já foram mais simpáticos , foi minha quinta vez no hotel e pela última vez que vou me hospedar no hotel . Pessoal da recepção me mandou para um quarto que ainda não estava pronta eu com minha filha cansada dormindo no colo maior confusão , na entrega tá toalha um senhor não dá um bom dia sempre de cara feia sempre de mal humor.
