"**Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay** We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally attentive, kind and thoughtful. They even found out it was my birthday and surprised me with a lovely dessert with a candle at breakfast and a bottle of Prosecco in our room. These special gestures made my birthday truly memorable and made us feel so welcome. A big thank you to the entire team for such wonderful hospitality! We would love to return!"

"1. nice and well-maintained hotel, close to the ferry and city center 2. the reception and bar are open only on some days and hours - when closed you need to go to the neighboring Old Mill Hotel (50m but the pedestrian bridge is sometimes opened for boats) 3. although not advertised, there is a small and cheap private parking next to the hotel"
