"Room was small but very well designed so it was comfortable and fully functional. The hotel location is great with plenty of dining options nearby,and on the route from the station to the leaning tower. All staff were very helpful and efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Communal areas were very nice but our room (102) whilst having a separate seating area to the bedroom was poor for a four star hotel. The bathroom was clean but requires an upgrade as the fittings, wall and floor tiling are way past their best. Breakfast was reasonable but not for a four star hotel. ..."
