"We were a family of five with two small kids and we had an amazing stay. The grounds had a very nice playground area. Francisco and Hugo were so helpful and went above and beyond to arrange our transportation to different places. The restaurant breakfast was delicious and the service all around was fantastic. The rooms were clean and Norma at the front desk was very nice. "

"The desk clerk would not check us in until 3 pm even though it was 2pm. We explained we are old people and very tired. He wou;d not check us in until 3. The room was very cold. We tried the remote for the minisplit but nothing happened. The phone did not work so we had to go down to the front desk to get instructions. The hotel proper has no heat so the breakfast room was very cold including the food. We have stayd there before and were treated much better. The first desk clerk should not be working there. He does not know how to treat people"
