"Fantastic atmosphere and quality at dinner. A little more standard at breakfast. Poor English skills from the receptionist. She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes) The pool area is very clean and nice to visit, but the traffic around is a little noisy."

"Very clean everywhere in the property and it was not hard to get into the building. It’s a bit of a walk from the popular sites in Florence but it is possible to take public transit. We would stay here again. "
