There has to be a great management too to hire people with charisma & willing to help at any time. It would have made our stay much easier though if there would have been a bottle of water in the room & tissues. Also the lighting in the room was poor. "The staff was very helpful and nice ,when our child got sick they provided with the information to get assistance .The location was very convenient few blocks from the beach. Excellent breakfast.The only inconvenience was that our reservation included breakfast but they didn’t have that information at check in time , so every morning they had to notify the person in charge to provide the service."

"Very disappointed. The property itself is nice. The rooms have spider webs. The hot water is hit and miss. Some days you get it and other days you don't. Breakfast is skimpy at best. There are 80 steps I had to take with two 20 kg bags. That is just insane. They don't tell you that at the time of booking. Also, the description of the Azul room is incorrect on Expedia. This room is NOT 568 square feet. Expedia shows free breakfast but the hotel wants to charge you for breakfast. Overall I would...
