"The good - Bed was comfortable and location in town is good, grounds are pretty. The bad - Carpet in our room was old and dirty, we didn’t feel comfortable walking on it barefoot. Decor is dated. Low end bathroom feels like you are in a cheap motel. Continental breakfast and coffee are not good, no effort to provide anything nice, can’t get a decent coffee. Overall this place is too pricey for what you get, It is located in a very nice neighborhood, and the website and pricing suggest it...

"Nice hotel. Not technically in the heart of Los Gatos which was a bummer because it’s about a 15-20 minute walk into town. Hotel lobby was nice and clean, but after 3 nights our room was never cleaned. No new towels and no garbage taken out even though they said at check in we’d have housekeeping every other day.
