Unpleasant aged personel.
"An old fasion hotel. Only the young personal speak English. I don't like americans either but it is the international languaje. The personal at the restaurant were very unpleasant, either at Donner as at breakfast. If You don't like tourist, DONT HAVE A HOTEL."

Beautiful setting and lots to do
"Our family had a lovely one night stay. Big clean room for all four of us, kids loved the pool and adults the spa. Enjoyed a great meal too. Setting is stunning."
