"I was informed when I arrived that my reservation did not include breakfast - which is strange since I always include breakfast. I’m not sure if this was an Expedia issue or a hotel issue, but there was no way to go back and see if it was clearly disclosed that breakfast was not included. "The property was in a secure classic building conveniently located to all the restaurants. In addition to your room there is a common area kitchenette with espresso maker you can access anytime. We enjoyed starting our morning with a very good breakfast made to order on the rooftop. I believe all rooms have an unusual shower placement in the bedroom that is an open glass cube allowing no privacy, this could be awkward or not depending on your travel partner."

"Really liked the location. Everything was within walking distance. I was on my own and I felt safe. So many people around all the time and there was also a police presence. It wasn't the quietest place because of the people outside the building. I ended up getting Raffaelo , which was a larger room, and I loved it. Lots of windows, big bathroom...it was great"

"An oasis in the centre of Rome! From check-in to check-out, this place surpassed expectations. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds and linens very comfortable. Solid quality bath towels. "Room was well located…but very chaotic lobby. There were always a ton of people in front of the doors. My room was small, but delightful. Very clean, and fabulous balcony with gorgeous views and jasmine growing and scenting the air. I brought dinner back from the viral roscoli restaurant (straight across, which is why chaotic) and enjoyed on balcony with wine from grocery around the corner. Staff was very courteous and breakfast was really good…they have a coffee bar that a barista makes...

"We only stayed one night in Rome so therefore only one night in the hotel. This hotel was walking distance to some very nice restaurants in the lively neighborhood of Trastevere. It was a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The hotel room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfortable. I was not a fan of the key less entry because I had to log in to my email to use it every time. Otherwise, everything was fine."
