There is no roam service if you need to eat you have to walk to the mall , so please put vending machines , put some food options it is much better. The air conditions is a disaster, cold from 9 am to 9pm and hot at night?? I sleep opening the windows really guys you have a problem

Staff were lovely, professional & very helpful. Room was a good size and well maintained. Good food in the adjoining restaurant despite it being noisy and smoky. Overall a great value for a one-night stay so close to Madrid on a big holiday weekend.
