"Breakfast was the same everyday. The front desk staff, when available, were hospitable and welcoming but a lot of times during the day they were completely unavailable- not present. My room had clean bedding and a clean coffee pot and surface areas but the bathroom had random hair all over and the shower floor was almost black with dirt from feet that has built up on the textured/non-slip area which definitely could use some detailed attention. "My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves.
