"Views from the hotel and the surrounding area are just fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is very good. Breakfasts are good. Parking tricky like most of Italy. Bed and pillows ok but not great. Used buses and taxis to access nearby Taormina and Castelmola further up the hill."

"Clean but shower did not drain and backed up into entire bathroom and started to run into room. Called to let them know about problem but not sure they understood drain issue.
