"they were not very accomadating for someone traveling all night. They had rooms ready and they wouldn't let us check in early... as a hotel owner myself that is a 1 star!!! you have the rooms make the guest happy instead of having them sleeping on your lobby."

"I booked and paid through the app, but at check-out, the hotel didn't provide an invoice because I booked through Hotel.com or Expedia. My trip was for work, and I can't justify the expense. I called Hotel.com, but no one resolved the issue; the people who answered didn't speak Spanish. Expedia wouldn't answer my calls. In short, I won't book through the app again because they don't provide a tax invoice."
