"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. This was a family trip and unfortunately my father got ill (stomach bug). The staff were so helpful and accommodating to his needs. This place is perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We even got some coconuts cut for us. "Our stay was fine to good. Perhaps perfectly acceptable for a three-star resort. The line for check in and check out was long and slow. There were mostly locals there, if that's the vibe you're looking for. The entrance to the resort is a long and bumpy ten minute drive, so lesving the resort was kind of annoying. "This place is about 1hour and 45min from SJO and it was the perfect trip for a few days to visit nearby Parrita and Jaco. We wanted a quiet romantic bitoque hotel and it’s exactly what we got. We walked to the beach (about 10-15 min walk) and then relaxed by the pool. The property views were amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. "

"This location was a dream. It felt like we had private beach, pools and restaurant at times. I don’t know if it was slow season but it was perfect. The pools would have been nicer if they weren’t so warm and there could have been more beach umbrellas, sunshades, lounge chairs, etc. "

"Good value if you're looking for a relatively quiet place in a garden setting close to but away from Jaco center. 24/7 security is good. Breakfast is fresh but the same every day.
