"We stayed here for 3 nights during our first trip to the Dolomites and expected a better experience for the price paid.
Cons:
There was almost never anyone at the front desk. We were asked to communicate through WhatsApp, but responses were quite slow.
Netflix in the room was not working throughout our stay.
There is no air conditioning. We had to sleep with the balcony windows open, which made it noisy due to nearby neighbours and also did not feel very secure.
During our 3-night stay, there was no room cleaning or towel replacement unless we specifically requested it through WhatsApp.
Pros:
The room was spacious and included a kitchen with clean pots, pans, and utensils.
Bathroom water pressure was strong, and hot water worked well.
Overall, the experience was disappointing for the price we paid. The service and communication could definitely be improved, especially by informing guests clearly during check-in about housekeeping and towel arrangements."
