There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

Nous pensions pouvoir dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, il était fermé en pleine saison. Le petit déjeuner constitué en partie des restes de la veille et de viennoiseries de l’avant veille n’a hélas pas remonté le niveau. Seules les poules en liberté dans le jardin nous ont fait sourire durant ce court séjour …"
