The property is well located and spacious. However the downstairs was unuseable because of the overpowering smell of dampness and the remainder of the property is painted in dark colours with poor lighting. This is particularly bad in the bathroom. The bathroom is a classic form over function and it's almost impossible to shower without soaking everything and flooding the floor. The screen is completely ineffective. Increase the lighting and provide an effective shower curtain and it would be much better.
