Unfortunately, Expedia advertised it as soundproof, but we were able to hear people talking outside the building on the opposite side of our room, along with a dog barking for almost an hour. Other than that, the place was good. The check-in process was a little confusing at first, but not too difficult."

Also some of the staff were quite rude - not what I’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Nice for a night or two but wouldn’t spend longer here."
