Great location

Stayed 3 nights and went on tour of Vina del Mar and Valparaiso suggested by hotel which was very good and reasonbly priced. Lots of action on the beach in the afternoon when the fog lifts off.

Overpriced and over advertised.

We arrived a disappointing hotel, the pictures advertised are very misleading and they might have been taken years ago, with since no upgrades or cleaning. The place smells of smoke due to neighbouring restaurant with a wood burning fire. Our room had a dirty floor, squished bugs on the wall, stained sheet and uncomfortable bed. We hardly slept because the room does not block out any sounds, including a neighbouring bar that goes till 2am during a weekday, all the doors slam in the building and stairs creek and echo through the room. The staff was pleasant and helpful, they moved us upstairs to another room away from the bar which made a small difference.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto amplo, limpo e confortável. Café da manhã simples. Bom atendimento, sendo possível guardar as malas após o checkout para pegá-las à noite, não correndo o risco de deixar no carro durante a visita a Valparaíso. Estacionamento limitado a dois carros, o que pode gerar transtornos dependendo da lotação do hotel.

Apenas llegamos tuvimos problemas con la reserva. En hoteles.com figuraba disponibilidad, pero el hotel estaba lleno. Luego de un momento tenso con varias discusiones, logramos quedarnos en el hotel, pero le dieron de baja a otro cliente que reservo pero todavía no pago( yo hice el pago con tarjeta). La habitación que me dieron seguro que era menos de lo que en verdad pague. Había olor a humedad, no tenía ventanas. El baño no podía abrir la puerta totalmente, era muy chico. La zona para el desayuno no es agradable.son solo 6 mesas y hay poca caridad para elegir en.opciones para desayunar. Lo mejor que tiene es sin duda la ubicación y la cantidad de bares y restaurantes próximos

Estadia boa e confortável.

A estadia foi boa, quarto bom, cama e edredom bons, recepcionista e faxineira bons e discretos, café da manhã simples mas suficiente. Ducha excelente, vizinhança boa e tranquila. Apenas um pouco de ácaros no piso e o prédio que é um pouco antigo e necessita de alguns reforços, pois os degraus da escada e o piso do corredor rangem durante a passagem, dando a impressão que tem alguém à porta do quarto.

Localização perfeita, a duas ruas do mar. Boa cama e um café da manhã honesto. Entretanto, a conservação do banheiro não estava adequada para o padrão proposto, com chuveiro (ducha) solto. Também não era possível tomar banhos longos, pois a água "voltava" e inundava o chão do banheiro.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Práctico y cerca de todo.

El Hotel tiene un muy completo desayuno que recomiendo. Está ubicado en la mejor zona de Viña del Mar y a una cuadra de la playa. A 5 cuadras se encuentran todos los Shopping de la ciudad. Mall Arauco, Boulevard Mall y el Hiper Lider. Espectaculares para las compras y con muchas ofertas. Viña es muy linda ciudad y con todas las comodidades.

Terrible booking systems

Booked this hotel in expedia and when arrived there was no booking under my name!!!! Worse of all they were fully booked so had to look for other place at 23:00. Really bad experience.
