"The room was clean and staff was helpful. There were lots of amenities that were available to make the stay convenient. The only reason I gave a 4 star on maintained is that the sink in my room was slow to drain and needed to be addressed. I felt this is something the cleaning staff should have realized when they cleaned the room since it was quite evident and should have been taken care of. I did however report it to the main desk, just incase they were unaware. Everything was wonderful!"

"This was an amazing hotel full of games and all sorts of fun for the kids like mini golf and go carts. It is very conveniently placed with short travel distance to good food, shops while not being to far from all of the parks or Des Moines bike and nature trails. The staff was amazing and very helpfull. At one point there was some trouble with them and Expedia but they were all over it. They fixed everything and told me not to worrie about it. The breakfast was good and fresh. I personally didn't like the sprinkles in the waffle mix but it was still great!"
