I booked two private rooms and they tried to make me share a room with another guest. I refused because I paid more to have my own room. "My room was not clean at all. Mould, blood and other residue was found in the room & I was told the cleaner didn’t clean properly. That was the explanation. Can you imagine? I will not be returning."
