"Todo excelente salvo que el elevador a veces no funciona, no es por culpa del hotel sino de los demas vecinos, ya que dejan las puertas del elevador abierta y no funciona. Y no habia agua caliente, supongo que porque era época de calor pero nos tocó lluvia y nos bañamos con agua fría "

"This property has thought of everything! Our only disappointment was that we were only there for one night. From the bathroom amenities, to the well stocked, common kitchen, we wanted for nothing. The beds were comfy, the shower a dream. I'll never stay anywhere else when in Florence and that's saying something."

"Fantastic property! Easy check in process done virtually!! Convenient location next to train station. Made it very easy to walk everywhere especially to the bus station for various tours and to go to The Mall. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Only issue we had was WiFi not working the best due to where our room was compared to the router of the hotel. Also the hotel room had A/C but wasn’t super cold and "
