"the night staff was very rude and was getting loud and some of their customers. one night staff members lied to whom I would assume was the night manager that resulted in her getting loud and not letting the party talk to her or explain the situation. we will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone based off this."

The blinds were broken and would not close. We had to stuff pillows at the window to keep light out in the early morning. Maintenance was requested but never arrived. Overall cleanliness was good, just a horrendous odor. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just so-so. As a diabetic I would like to see more...

"Parking was easy and free. This hotel is right off the highway, don't worry, the room was super quiet. Check-in was fast and cheerful. I booked a room with a king bed and it turned out great. Good room, clean, nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion. As well as a small fridge and microwave. Pleanty of space to stow suitcases and jackets. Air-conditioning worked great. (It was 90F outside). "Great staff the young lady at the the desk on 1st shift was very helpful and welcoming with a great energetic attitude! Something you don't get from many places these days ... The room was also very clean and had warm welcome as well. The pools were excellent which they have a indoor an a outdoor pool with a hot tub. Vending machines could have been better but they worked an was stalked. All around a very great place to stay an the Back street cafe was awesome to which is a little cozy...
