"The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. "The room wasn’t properly cleaned, upon checking out, I had to look for my baby’s shoe, and to my surprise there were items left in the room from another guest, up under the dresser I found a dirty pair of rolled up socks, the sleeper sofa, had a used bottle of lotion stuck down on the side of it, found a phone charger, the refrigerator wasn’t properly cleaned either.. other then that the stay was ok… 3/5 stars"

"Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there."

"I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I had two complaints, one of which was related to safety.
1. No wi-fi (wasn't crucial, but would have been nice).
2. The back door wouldn't properly close or lock. It was supposed to only open with an active key card, but it wouldn't even fully close, let alone lock.
As a single female traveler, the back door being accessible made me extremely uncomfortable. Especially as my room was two doors away from the back door.

"I picked this hotel based on having a pool and a hot tub. Overall, it is a nice conference hotel. Stay was only OK for me because the hot tub needed repair (bubbler not working) but we could still use it but the water was only a bit hotter than lukewarm.
They unexpectedly closed he pool area for an hour in order to make repairs to the hot tub but it made not difference.
It is the little things that matter.
