"No AC in our room. Thermostat read 78 degrees. Hotel was fully booked. Had to fight for staff to provide a box fan. Staff stated no maintenance was available."

"This was a very mediocre stay. Yes, it was clean, yes we had what we needed.. but the floors were sticky in the lobby, one elevator was broken, and the staff almost always had to be "called to the front" for services."
