"The resort had a lot to offer. The front desk clerk, Nika, went over everything in detail so we knew how to enjoy our stay. We took advantage of the pool facilities, which were a little walk down the street but shuttles were available from the hotel. We had some salads at the pool and they were delicious. We ate at the blackbird Asian restaurant and the service there was impeccable Josea and Savannah provided some of the best service we’ve ever received, and the food was delicious as well. We were there for happy hour and tried all the appetizers on the menu as well as the orange chicken, delicious. The room itself was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very nice. We had a two bedroom suite which was an upgrade from what we booked. It was very convenient (short drive, shuttles are also availabl) to the fifth Avenue shops and restaurants as well as other parks and beaches nearby. Hope, the concierge assisted us with finding a great shark’s tooth beach as well as reservations to blackbird. We enjoyed the fitness facility with free weights and some workout equipment."

"Check in was a nightmare, can only use a kiosk an it was very difficult! The lighting in the Rooms was very dull ! Many water stains on the ceiling "

"This was our 3rd time staying at the Bayfront. We always enjoyed but this time they hit us with a $40 parking fee and most of the time there was no parking. It was a turn off."

"Room was clean and spacious , I didn’t figure out u til the second night that I could draw down a shade to darken and block light out of the room. The bed was not comfy at all. It was tough on our backs. The bedding was wonderful but the bed took a toll on us. Breakfast was ok, eggs were wet, potatoes were room temp. Location was great. "Seeing dolphins playing in the river outside our balcony was amazing! Also, loved the free beach shuttle to barefoot beach. Overall, amazing hotel with great staff and easy location to other attractions"
