"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, we encountered a minor issue on our second day regarding breakfast. When we came down for breakfast, we were informed that it was not included with our booking, despite my wife having called the front desk the early morning to add it to our room. We then waited for 15 minutes when we came down because our names were not on the list. While we eventually enjoyed breakfast, the initial confusion and wait were a bit frustrating since we never received confirmation that our names had been added. We headed out for activities and I sustained a minor injury while participating in activities, and when my wife called to request an ice pack for my foot, the staff immediately offered to send someone to our room to assist with patching up my leg and arm. Within 15 minutes, a young gentleman named Vinh arrived. He was incredibly polite, professional, and caring as he attended to my injury. Just 10 minutes later, his manager, Hoang, also came to our room to check on me and offered further assistance, including arranging a visit to a nearby doctor if needed. He also kindly offered a complimentary breakfast to-go the following morning, knowing we had an early checkout. I truly appreciate the staff's attentiveness and care. This is what I consider superior service, and we will definitely be returning for our upcoming trips."

"First time in Vietnam and VinPearl, great staff, we had our own pool, transport always easy to get. free cable car made it easy to explore the mainland. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- awesome with the view over the bay. Love it. "

"Have stayed at the vin pear several times always an enjoyable experience, staff are polite and helpful, check in was speedy, room spacious and fully functional, very comfortable bed, breakfast has a good choice of both Asian and Western fare, although at peak times it can be hectic. Down side, although the location is excellent, nights can be noisy especially at weekends due to the beach parties, Biggest downside is that the Hotel pre booked airport transfers are extremely expensive we were quoted 1,400,000 dong for a transfer , however we managed to easily arrange a drop off for 500,000 with a private company. Maybe an area for improvement. Overall another great 5 days looking forward to staying again in the future. Sally and Dave York’s "

"리조트 엄청 고민해서 골랐는데 진짜 너무너무 좋았어요 방도 깨끗하고 시설도 너무 좋고 조경도 너무 예쁘게 잘되있고 무엇보다 수영장이 엄청 큰게 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 전반적으로 직원들도 엄청 친절하고 서비스도 매우 훌륭했어요 또가고싶네요"
