"The hotel was good, the staff was good. But my friend got her money stolen. Someone went to our room and opened our armory. When we got back from our event we noticed. We did notify the management and they were chilled about and informed that will take a while and when they got back to us they did not even apologize for the occurrence of the stolen money. "Estrutura excelente para crianças. Equipe de recreação infantil ótima. Comida razoável, bem no estilo resort. Minha única ressalva é em relação a falta de flexibilidade em relação a abertura de todo o salão. No último jantar, a metade aberta do salão do restaurante já estava lotada com a outra metade fechada. Éramos 8 pessoas (sendo 3 crianças e 1 bebê) não tinha mesa para sentarmos e ao falar com o maître no restaurante, ele disse q não poderia abrir a outra parte, só depois de 20min. Achei...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was maintained and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was good overall. The main downside was the noisy traffic due to the nearby highway. We were situated in the wing closest to the highway. The noise may not be an issue in the wing further from the highway."
