"The rooms were very clean however, the staff were absolutely horrible. The amount of rudeness inconsiderateness was awful. They did not want to answer any questions. Any questions that you had or answered with sarcasm and rudeness 10 out of 10 would not recommend staying there"

"Whatever you do... DO NOT go out the door in the stairwell that says it's an exit to the beach, no re-entry. Because the part about no re-entry is correct but the exit door to the beach is LOCKED. This is a very unfortunate fire hazard and I was stuck in the cement corridor. I only had one bar on my cell service but it was enough to make a phone call to the front desk where thankfully Tee (Tee was great all throughout my stay) was available to come rescue me from being trapped in the corridor."

"Elevator did not work. Just work day we checked in , was on 5th floor. So up and down the stair trying to take stuff to beach and back up to room. 4 days with out it , and the parking is across the street. Which is fine, just make sure your parking pass is showing, evertime we tried to leave for dinner tow truck trying to snag cars blocking the way ."

"Everything was great! Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and staff walking around keeping area clean and restocking. Rooms were very nice. Great beach view and everyday room was cleaned new linens ,towels and swept. Pool was ok. Overall excellent. We will return to stay again."
