"My wife and I have been to over 40 countries and this was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. First of all, the disrespect began when, early in the morning on the day of check-in, we received an email from the hotel saying that they could not accommodate us and that we would be sent to another hotel in the same chain, the Brezza Hotel. "Have a hard time understanding why this hotel received such high ratings! The pool you think is in the hotel is located on the beach and in it you should be crowded with 1000 other people in. The rooms are small and the toilet even smaller, very responsive and the AC barely working. On the plus side, the location is close to the beach and the very nice cleaning lady."
