Feeling valued during COVID

While nothing is “normal” during COVID, Le Onde resort did a great job of making us feel like we were actually getting away. The seemingly paired down staff were very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. We chose Le Onde for the location (near the hot springs, towns, lake bolsena), and because it had a restaurant (there are currently restrictions on evening dining). While we may have literally been the only guests in the resort, they did make us feel valued. The only small complaint is the beds were not the most comfortable, but we liked our room which felt modern and well thought out.

Große und gepflegte (Park-)Anlage mit geräumigen und modern gestalteten Appartements. Großer Außenpool (viele Tagesgäste) und ausreichend Parkplätze. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse großzügig. Leckeres Abendessen (ala carte) mit großer Weißweinkarte (ganz Italien vertreten). Die schrägen Decken in den Appartements sind in manchen Bereichen (WC, Bidet, Bett etwas niedrig, größere Menschen können sich da leicht den Kopf anstoßen. Auf dem Zusatzbett wären einige größere Kissen schön gewesen, dann wäre es als Sofa bequemer zu nutzen.

Samantha and Gabriel were amazing! Beautiful resor

The staff was amazing. Samantha and Gabriel went above and beyond and helped us out when we got a flat tire. Wish we could have stayed longer. My girlfriend will never forget how amazing it was and is so grateful. Beautiful pool and restaurants. Easy to get to. We will definitely be back, next time we come to Italy ;)

La struttura potrebbe essere molto bella ma appare un po' trascurata in tutti gli ambienti comuni. Il ristorante non ispira, non invita ad accomodarsi. Benché sul sito le immagini delle camere familiari fossero accattivanti con arredi moderni e soppalco, la nostra soluzione era invece dimessa, in ultima posizione, con letti bambini in due camere diverse, ed una generale sensazione di trascuratezza.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti ma sono state sufficenti per apprezzare la cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Noi avevamo prenotato una camera doppia ma avendo questa un piccolo problema all'armadio hanno preferito darci la suite al solito prezzo per cui non possiamo che ringraziare.La suite è veramente carina e spaziosa, arredata con gusto e pulita. La location è molto bella e ben curata e in una posizione strategica per visitare i luoghi d'interesse...10 minuti da Civita di Bagnoregio e da Viterbo. Nella stagione calda c'è la possibilità di usare anche la piscina a completamento dei servizi offerti. La consiglio vivamente

Ottimo per lavorare nelle vicine zone industriali di Viterbo. Camere spaziose e pulite ma non funzionava il riscaldamento (per fortuna non ce n'era molto bisogno). Ottimo ristorante e ampio parcheggio

Vicino a tutto: adatto anche a motociclisti

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte del primo maggio. Il luogo é ideale per chi vuole visitare la Tuscia senza il caos cittadino di Viterbo ma con tutto ciò che serve. Bella location e buon ristorante con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Mi permetto di suggerire il pane fresco a colazione per chi prefisce il salato anziché il pane in cassetta.

Ficamos de passagem, apenas por uma noite e gostamos muito. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. O banheiro é grande, inclusive o box. Jantamos no local e a comida excelente e com bom preço. Vinho muito barato. O café da manhã é fraquinho, mas serve bem. Recomendo.

Ottima struttura, personale cortese, buone le pulizie. Buona la colazione, anche se andrebbe arricchita in varietà e quantità. La consiglio a chi vuol trascorrere un momento di relax. Occhio a chi si affida al navigatore per raggiungere la struttura: impostate quale destinazione Hotel Acquarossa - Viterbo. Io ho provato ad inserire Hotel Benessere-Viterbo e sono stato dirottato in tutt'altra zona!!

Oasi dove sostare in relax.

Albergo posto fuori da Viterbo a circa 10min in auto dal centro storico. Stanza molto bella ,ampia e pulita, con aria condizionata e wifi. Stanza silenziosa e personale disponibile e preparato. Colazione a buffet con discreta scelta. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Ho notato la presenza di una piscina e ristorante di cui non ho usufruito. Ideale per chi è in auto, raggiungere il centro di Viterbo è stato semplice per poi spostarsi verso Civita Bagnoregio in meno di mezzora.

Bel hôtel

Bel hôtel et bel accueil. Attention le vendredi soir il y a une soirée dansante dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel et la fête dure jusqu'à 3 h du matin ! De plus beaucoup, des locaux viennent passer la journée pour profiter de la piscine contre paiement !

Ci siamo fermati due notti di ritorno dalle vacanza al sud, camera grande, due bagni, pulita, ottima. Bello il parco, ho visto che è utilizzato anche per matrimoni e banchetti in genere, carina la piscina ( più altre due per i più piccoli ), a cui è permesso l' ingresso anche ad esterni. Buona la colazione.

Hotel diferente a lo que habitualmente he estado.

Nos sorprendió que la piscina tuviera servicio comunitario. Se celebren fiestas nocturnas en los jardines, etc. Todo y eso lo recomendaría pero comentando cosas que en internet no pone.
