Great are , close restaurants, walking to historical area. Nonparking that was a minus, had to walk 15 mins to closest parking which it was great walk, but prefer if they had parking.

Great location.Perfect for convenience in Vittoria. We used a parking garage in town, 10 mins walk away Everything needed is provided although we didn't have information for extra bedding for the sofa bed. Not a major issue and we did get help quickly. Not the most comfortable seating if you spend a long time in the apartment, we didn't as we did a lot of day trips. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed.

We liked the location of the property since it was in walking distance to the Ironman Village for the Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz race. Also, it had some good restaurants nearby and the Santa Maria Cathedral was right next door. What we didn't like was that we only had 1 pot when we arrived. We had to request that they send more. Also, it seemed like they weren't finished cleaning our room as the door was open when we arrived and a cleaning solution was out on the table. However, overall the place was good and the location was great.

Dangerous Mary Celeste hotel

Nothing like the room in the photo, very small. There is no one working at the property so that is a huge issue for security and needing to fix issues. You enter via access code which you can give to anyone to enter the property. The room down the hall hosted an all night party with people arriving all night until 5am. The window in my room was locked and the A/C did not work. I sent a request via the whatsapp chat that is provided but no one showed up. I left after the first night of a 3 night stay and checked into the NH hotel.

Unfortunately when we arrived at the property we were realised that the apartment was above an active building site. The noise of the excavations directly underneath the apartment was deafening. The petrol fumes, which were choking, combined with the noise from the excavation machinery, meant that we were unable to remain in the property. It transpired that there were employees of Limehome in the "common area" of the building who had travelled from Madrid to inspect the building. Regrettably they were most unhelpful and could not explain why there were excavation works being carried out in the building affecting not only the apartment which we had booked but presumably other apartments which they were responsible for in the building. They were unwilling/ unable to help. Consequently we had to phone Limehome ourselves.The first person we spoke to at Limehome cut us off. We phoned back but sadly the person we spoke to did not seem remotely concerned and said they could not help. We therefore had to leave and book alternative accommodation in Agormaniz at additional cost to ourselves. We were not unduly concerned as we thought that we would be fully reimbursed once we had sent proof of the noise by way of recordings on our phones. However we could not have been more wrong, Not only were Limehome unwilling to give us a full refund but regrettably Expedia have been less than helpful. We have used Expedia for a number of years but after this experience we are having second thoughts

En general buen hotel donde hospedarse, limpio moderno y cómodo. Al llegar la habitación estaba muy fría porque estaba el aire encendido y habiendo 12°C fuera no era necesario, no supimos poner el aire caliente y optamos por apagarlo pero tardó mucho en coger temperatura. Al no haber recepción el checkin online se hace un poco engorroso: selfie, foto del DNI, número de soporte etc Pero en general muy bien.

La puerta de entrada al alojamiento la encontramos abierta durante toda la estancia. Esto transmite inseguridad,ya que cualquiera puede acceder al interior. El baño se inunda al ducharse.Han pegado un trozo de esquinero para frenar el agua,pero no es efectivo. El suelo del baño estuvo mojado los dos días de nuestra estancia. No hay ventilación y las toallas no secan( no hay cambio o reposición) y a pesar del extractor, el espejo y las paredes se llenan de vapor. No hay persiana ni cortina oscurecedora, lo que complica dormir si necesitas oscuridad.
