Amazing place!
Decor is lovely and breakfast was great.
We had one night here as part of a trip travelling round the area.
Location off the inn is within super close walking distance to the town. Easy parking outside. Lovely little touches in amenities and the room that make you feel very welcome and looked after!
Would recommend people to book

Excellent stay.
The room was comfortable, clean, bright and traditionally furnished. The quality of the heating/aircon was exemplary..quiet and effective.
Breakfast was very good indeed. Beautifully presented and cooked, by the attentive and accomplished host, Pam.
The communal two downstairs sitting rooms were welcoming, quiet and appealing.
It was a ten minute walk into town, along a largely unlit street.
Downsides? The house is very close to a busy highway, which was pretty noisy through the...

Just perfect, what wonderful guest house with fantastic hosts, Brian and Jessie, beautifully decor, incredible home cooked food and in a town that transports you back in time to a by-gone age.

Lovely old hotel and the room was refurbished to a very high standard. The room was impeccably clean and was very quiet. It is right in the middle of town so very convenient and parking was staright outside the property on the road. I had to phone a number to check in but the response was super speedy.

Comfortable room. Nice big bed. Unfortunately stay let down by someone upstairs doing what sounded like DIY.
Check in/out was simple and nice friendly staff.

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Vivian, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.
What can I see and do in Vivian?
Caddo Lake and Frog Island are a couple of lovely local spots to get outside and enjoy nature. Big Sandy Island and Big Green Break are other places to visit while you're in town.
What are holiday rentals like in Vivian?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Vivian. Holiday rentals offer extras such as WiFi and washers and dryers so you'll have everything you want. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of privacy away from public hotel lifts and lobbies packed with people while still allowing you to travel. You'll also get more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive option for family gatherings.
