"Ok, so there was an issue with the room when arrived but after speaking with the hotel manager this was very quickly resolved whilst we enjoyed a complimentary drink and took ourselves on a quick tour of the stunning Rudloe Arms and grounds. The main building and its decor is fantastic and worth a trip just to see it. Later that evening, we had a dinner reservation where we were greeted warmly by a really attentive restaurant crew.
