"Chambre inadéquate : contenait des lits pour 5 personnes alors que réservation pour 2. On a dû insister pour qu'ils viennent enlever tous les lits d'appoint, sinon on ne pouvait pas rentrer avec les valises. Absence flagrante de personnel suffisant : la réceptionniste et le barman sont venus déménager ..."

"El alojamiento es correcto, mi habitación por desgracia no daba al lago, pero era amplia y estaba limpia. La ducha con esa cortina es lo peor, pero el personal es muy agradable y el desayuno no está mal."
