"日本のホテルということで、義理の両親のために予約しました。スタッフの対応、シンプルで清潔感あるロビー、部屋、どれも気に入りました。 一つ言うなら、周りが静かなレジデンスエリアなので、ショッピングできる店などからは少し離れています。 高齢の両親とはホテル内のレストランで夕食を考えていたのが予約がいっぱいでした。もう少しレストランがあればよかったなと思いました。 少し歩けば、レストランはあるので歩ける方は問題ないです。"

"The room was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We finally enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was once we got home. It took five days to get the pending money back into my account and I had to ring the hotel as they had overcharged me by £150 which if I hadn’t of queered it I wouldn’t have got it back it was just aggro. I didn’t need once we got home."

"Morgenmaden var som alle andre hoteller , ikke dårligt men lidt kedeligt og osten var altid tør. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme 👍 Parkering var nemt men desværre meget dyrt 👎 Der var ladestander til elbiler men de virkede desværre heller ikke pga. noget med et leverandør skifte."

"Booked for a special celebration and did not disappoint- even after a ropey start! On arrival staff member checking us in told my partner about the drinks in our room organised as a surprise for them, our room had the previous occupants crisps still over the floor and the tv remote was missing. I headed back to reception to request a spare and for the crisps to be cleaned up. Mulhan could not have been more helpful - he moved and upgraded us! It made our trip extra special.
