"Clean room staff helpful centre of Berlin !"

"The best part about the hotel is the convenience of the location (and the great view). As a solo traveler, the size of the room was fine, and I didn’t mind that only a curtain separated the shower from the rest of the room. However, what I did mind was the size of the pillows - half the width of a regular pillow and so soft they essentially collapsed as soon as your head touched hit them. The water pressure is also awful - the tap in my bathroom produced only boiling water and the temperature for the shower was either scalding or freezing. The worst part about the hotel is the fact that guests can do seemingly whatever they like, with no repercussions. I stayed here for 3 nights and every night was kept awake for hours on end by doors slamming, people shouting in the corridors, and rave-like music being blasted from my neighbours above. I don’t think I slept more than 4 hours. Only on one occasion did security come to tell people to be quiet (and that was at 6am - far too late to make a difference). I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. This hotel looks good, but unfortunately looks can be very deceiving."

"Very well located hotel for exploring Alexanderplatz area. 2-3min walk to the train station and U-Bahn for the rest of Berlin. Hotel is exactly what is needed for a great city break. Modern, fresh and clean room. Our room was compact but has everything you need for a night or two, although I’m sure there’s lager rooms should you need. Gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, plus other staff were kind and stores our bags for a couple of hours after checkout before our flight. Would recommend!"

"Clean room, nice bed. Welcoming reception. They had some problems with the computer system on our arrival day, and the bar staff who were temporary staff were absolutely useless, but once the normal staff had taken over it was great."

"A clean room which was cleaned daily. It had everything I needed (except for a kettle, but for the price I really can't complain). Its in a great location, a tram stop right outside, a U Bahn station 10 mins walk away and a bus stop not far either. I would definitely recommend to others and stay here again! "

"Excellent stay, the room was spotless, I really loved the combination of colours, had excellent sleep and, to my surprise , the bathroom offered both a bath tub and a shower, all the amenities , mini bar provided; Even though the hotel seemed to be pretty populated plus other events taking place (conferences etc ) there was a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere throuoght the hotel and the vast elegant lobby ; For the smokers : there is also an indoor smoking area called " Smoker s Lounge " Didn t try the breakfast but I m sure it was all good standard. Moreover, tram and train just steps away from the hotel plus pharmacies and a Rewe for different groceries, a petrol station just around the corner and even a Burger King for whoever fancies it. Seamless check in experience, same for check out, personnel very nice and welcoming will definitely stay again, as a matter of fact, I already know when I m coming back :) "
