"I made a reservation at this hotel through Expedia back in October, reserving & paying upfront for a room in May 2026, there was a concert at the venue close by. 2 weeks before arrival the hotel called saying they had moved me to a hotel a few miles from the city centre due to overbooking a whole floor worth of rooms and they had to move all the ones made through Expedia or other 3rd party websites first. I told them the reason I was staying in the city centre was because I wanted to be close to the concert venue, a 3 minute walk. Instead of a 10 minute drive, the hotel did offer to pay for up to 4 taxis, however I explained this would be inconvenient to myself, both myself and my friend who was staying with me were arriving to the station at different times & also both leaving the next day at different times, well there’s four taxi trips, without going into the city to the concert, I also didn’t want the hassle of constantly having to think about how and when to get a taxi, it’s the whole reason I booked a hotel in the city centre. I spoke with another manager who went away for a week to look at other options. After multiple phone calls through the week prior to arrival they said they had found an apartment for me in the city centre, so I appreciate the effort they went to to find me this, they paid for it on my behalf. hadn’t received any check in details to the apartment. Around 15:00 on arrival dayreceived a call from the apartment telling me they hotel hadn’t paid them!"
"A beautiful luxurious hotel that was worth every penny! Fantastically located, easy access underground car park 2 mins walk away, some wonderful restaurants and scenic square just outside of the hotel. We went for the suite room and I am so glad we did. It was clean and the bed was heaven! So comfy and so much space. The bath was amazing too! Would definitiley stay again."
"The team were incredible and pretty much ensured we had nothing to worry about. As a cycling team staying in the hotel, they made us welcome with their friendly attitude and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them in a heartbeat."
"We had a two night stay here as a family of 4. It was perfect for our trip to Efteling. The studio had everything we needed and was super quiet. We had yummy food in the restaurant on the second night and enjoyed staying in this beautiful little town. Highly recommend! Five stars from us all! Oh, and we also successfully charged our car with the hotels charging point."
"Stayed here for 3 nights and I’m disappointed to say the experience was not good.
The worst part was being locked out of my room at around 1am with no staff available to help. I was exhausted and ended up waiting around worried because all of my belongings were inside the room. It was stressful and honestly not something you expect when paying to stay at a hotel.
Another thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The room got very hot and the window would not open properly. When opening it to try and cool the room down, there was a really strong unpleasant smell of sh*t coming from outside during the night. Between the heat and the smell, getting proper sleep was of difficult for most of my stay.
Communication with staff was also difficult at times due to limited English, which made dealing with issues more frustrating than it needed to be.
The location is very quiet and quite isolated, which may suit some people, but overall the stay caused more stress than comfort for me.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after staying 3 nights, I would not choose to return."
"Perfect spot for getting around Antwerp without being stuck too central. Very good bar and restaurant - food is great. Second time staying here and will be back again next year."
"Not bad for a budget hotel. Decent location, clean room, comfortable enough. Bit odd that we went out for breakfast, returned before the 12 checkout but had our room key frozen."
