The staff were pleasant but needed additional training. They were unable to deal with situations that didn’t run smoothly and every day small things were a problem, especially around delivering drinks and food to the table. We would wait hours with children and still things didn’t turn up even though ...

Amazing staff, super friendly! Great atmosphere and many restaurants. We loved. Everything was perfect. Great beach and full of activities to do. My kids had so much fun with the inflatable.
