We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. "We had a fantastic stay and honestly felt that the resort exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the villas rather than the main hotel and traveled with our two young daughters. We drove from Budapest and found the entire arrival process very easy. We parked in the designated parking area, took the short ferry ride across, and the staff brought our luggage directly to our room. The villa was excellent. "Fabulous hotel in old town, great location within easy walking to restaurants and shops, lovely rooms, firm and very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast with all the usual choices at a European hotel plus a menu offering made-to-order omelets, scrambled and fried eggs with choice of meat. One of the best breakfasts ever! The best part was their staff....so friendly, helpful, amazing people. I cannot say enough about this stellar hotel. Stay here!"

"Beautiful and well-maintained property. We loved our six night stay. One concern way that the life vests on the ferry were locked in a container. If there was an emergency, that delay could cause a fatal accident. We believe the ferry service was a private company."
